FAQ'S

Do I need to bring anything to class?

We recommend bringing water and a sweat towel. Water will also be available for purchase.

Are cycling shoes required?

Yes! You can bring your own or we offer shoe rental for $2. Our bikes are compatible with delta and SPD clips.

How early should I arrive for my first class?

We recommend arriving 10-15 min early to class to ensure we have proper time to get you setup and ready to ride. If you do not arrive at least 5 min prior to the start of class, we will have to rebook you for another class.

Late Arrivals

Riders will not be permitted into the studio once has class has started. If it is your first class, you will not be allowed in if you are not at least 5 min early. This is to ensure both your safety and overall ride experience.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, the cancellation policy to avoid penalty is 4 hours. For late cancellations, unlimited members will be charged $10. Limited credit members (8-pack members) and package riders will lose their ride credit. Additionally, for no-shows, unlimited members will be charged $15.

When does the schedule go live?

Our schedule goes live every Sunday at 12pm EST for the following week (Monday-Sunday).

How does the waitlist work?

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. As bikes become available, they will automatically be allocated to riders on the waitlist on a first come first serve basis. Our system will automatically bring waitlisted riders into the class up until 1 HOUR before class starts and you will be notified via email. If no bikes become available, your credit will be put back to your account to use for a future booking. If a bike(s) becomes available within the hour before class, they will be available to book on a first come, first served basis. If you are pulled into class from the waitlist and do not show up, our standard cancellation policies apply. Please make sure you cancel your place if you no longer wish to be on the waitlist for a class. If you show up to the studio and the class is full, bikes will be released on a first come, first served basis 2 minutes prior to the start of class.
